By using WorkDone you agree to these terms. WorkDone is provided to help you plan and finish your projects.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Guest accounts have no recovery — add an email to keep your data.

Acceptable use

Don't use WorkDone for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or abuse the service or its AI features.

Your content

You own the projects and files you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, sync, and process them to provide the app's features (including sending project details to our AI provider to generate plans).

Subscriptions

WorkDone offers a free tier and an optional paid Pro plan. During the beta, paid billing may not be active. When billing is enabled, paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and are handled by the App Store.

Beta software

WorkDone is in active development and provided "as is", without warranties. Features may change and occasional issues may occur. We aren't liable for any loss arising from use of the app to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
